Aren’t you over Avo on Toast? Us too! So we worked with the Australian Mushroom Growers Association to cook up an exciting alternative - Mushrooms on Toast and serve it up to Australians through activations across the country!

To brings this all to life, we worked with the AMGA to activate and educate on Australians on the humble mushroom and to give local mushroom growers an opportunity to showcase their products to their community. 

The pop-up activations invited locals to taste mouth watering Mushrooms on Toast cooked by our on site chefs in a live cooking demo. To top up the delicious experience we gave away hundreds of free punnets for the public to recreate the recipes.

We delivered 8 events across three states and iconic venues Queen Victoria Market in Victoria, Cambridge Markets in NSW and Central Market in Adelaide.

We gave away thousands of samples and created a whole new audience for mushrooms!
