transforming the harvest buffet into a JAPAN-THEMED IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCE

We transformed The Star Sydney’s Harvest Buffet into Tokyo Tastemakers, creating an immersive experience which transported diners and guests to the beauty of Japanese culture!

Our venue takeover and activation team brought Tokyo to life through styling which included 1,600 paper cranes, Japanese lanterns, a range of decals, and beautifully adorned sushi boats.

Our team developed the creative theme and produced the activation, running from July to September 2024, to bring a vibrant touch of Japan to the Harvest dining area whilst also keeping it updated throughout the campaign. We wanted to deliver an activation which would increase guest interaction and excitement, contributing to positive feedback and heightened interest in the buffet experience as well as enhancing the overall dining experience.
